Absolutely, especially considering who those SBs were against. Part of Eli’s argument to get in is Jim Kelly. A guy who was never really the best or stacked a ton of awards but did an incredible achievement multiple times. Jim with the 4 straight and Eli with TWO improbable Superbowls against the dynasty of his time, including against an 18-0 team. and I think that’s right.
