The Biden Derangement crew at work again.  I can’t remember how many Trumpers told me we would have no wars under Trump.  He can’t end the one I was told would end 5 months ago and we won’t have 4 years of peace.

This is awful for everyone. But again, we have unwavering support for Israel simply because they’re surrounded by bad countries? Since when did that matter to anyone - and certainly not Trump; not saying this is his fault. Just saying maybe it’s time to rethink our friend group as a country.  
 

Let’s see how many of those precision strikes they pull off without US weapons and $. 

 

Doesn’t take a genius to see how Iran blames the US for fortifying Israel like this and some whacko extremist hits something here at home. And let’s stop looking at Israel like some group of choir boys. The response to Palestine’s attack was justified; at first. But at what point does Palestine cry uncle loud  enough? Disproportionate by a factor of 100? 
 

Again, let’s America First this thing and stop supporting Israel. It’s time. If you don’t support Ukraine, why do you support Israel?

Iran's people live under a regime that commits unspeakable atrocities. A large part of Iranian people love the US and many come here and live in Southern California area (LEGALLY) I don't think I have met any short of an MBA. Very intelligent, hard working, friendly people. They just want to be able visit home at some point without fear of retribution for coming here. Obviously Iran is neighbors with Israel and Iranl has been threatening nuclear action for a long time.

 

Trump has shown a strong focus on trying to negotiate with Iran and I think that scares Israel as they ultimately don't trust Iran's regime to ever hold up to an agreement. Israel would rather handle this with military intervention and remove the regime as that is really the only way to long term peace. That is also what the majority of the Iranian people want. But we will see further talks between the US and Iran Sunday, so it's just an interesting and complicated situation. I think Trump really wants to cut a deal as conflict in that region isn't what he wants to see. Israel doesn't want him to cut a deal because if he does they likely won't have the freedom to use force as we saw today.  But Israel also can't stand in the way of a deal or sabotage it with it's relationship with the US. Most of these views are from a few Iranians I spoke with today regarding the bombing with family in Iran. So I trust these view points.

I never took a cheap shot at Trump in this thread (I will say that Ben has a far better command of the English language than Donnie, which is impressive for a man whose native tongue is Hebrew).

Funny how he talks about the weapons Iran dropped on Israel. Yet he 100x hit Palestine after their attack, killing children and other innocents then goes on to quote the Bible…. That’s my biggest issue with Ben. At what point are they “even?”  He’s no choir boy. 
 

His delivery is smooth. He’s doing this to “save” Iranians. But he did this after Trump specifically asked him not to. Americans will die because of today’s actions. And of course thousands of his own people. And there’s zero chance he would have done this without knowing the US had his back. He can save the Bible quotes. It’s silly. 
 

All that to say, this entire thing sucks, and he has likely dragged the US into yet another conflict to save the “helpless.” He’s a tyrant. Zero doubt about that. He’s a far better orator than most. 
 

But don’t let this rhetoric make you think this was a good move. Our president doesn’t think so.

Israeli Strikes on Iran Much Larger Than Initially Thought, Stunning Details Emerging

 

As reported, explosions were reported in Iran earlier on Friday morning local time, and it didn't take long for Israel to confirm they had struck.

 

The attacks came after months of the Trump administration trying to give the Mullahs a diplomatic out that they simply refused to take. 

 

But while initial assumptions were that this was a smaller, precise strike on Iran's nuclear enrichment capabilities, the details emerging point to a far larger operation.

 

 

Not only did Israel hit over a dozen nuclear sites in Iran, but they targeted the country's top military leadership as well. That includes Hossein Salami, the supreme commander of the IRGC. He has been confirmed killed in a precision strike, and he's not the only one. The entire IRGC headquarters is reportedly on fire, with multiple officials dead. 

 

Ali Shamkhani, the head of Iran's nuclear program and a chief adviser to the Mullahs, was reportedly targeted in the opening wave. It has not been confirmed whether that strike was successful or not, but if he was killed, it would be a huge development. 

 

We also know that this was just the beginning. Shortly before this was published, a second wave of fighters began heading for Iran, and the Israelis have already announced they are in this for the long haul. Much of what we are going to see moving forward will be targeting Iran's ability to retaliate. Most of its air defenses have already been destroyed, and its ballistic missile sites will be a top target. In fact, some have already been hit. 

 

You can expect the next few days to get very spicy. Iran will attempt to retaliate at some point, though I've long questioned their capacity to truly project power. The real threat won't come from ballistic missiles, which would mostly be intercepted, but from proxies like Hezbollah. We'll see how this develops.

I’m not sure why they bother. They have launched two prior strikes where nothing got through to damage anything in Israel. They surely must know their technology is not good enough to strike Israel. They are just wasting money at this point.

Iran does not have the ability to inflict casualties on Israel through these methods. I’m not sure they have any long range strike ability to hit inside Israel.
