What’s the deal with the spike in ketamine?

maybe I need to see what all the fuss is about 🤔

Ketamine is prescribed as a treatment for depression, especially after other treatments have been unsuccessful.

Sad, addiction sucks and he sure was fighting it. These "private doctors" that are nothing more than drug pushers tho...

yea I could do without the personal gossip and whether his employees kept his private matters private…. But I do think shining light on skeezy medical people is not terrible for possible accountability

It;s also incredibly addicting and there are a lot of dirty doctors willing to prescribe it for the money.

Michael Jackson was Propofol, which is the same stuff they give you when you get a colonoscopy.

Yea Ketamine is actually an effective drug but it’s only supposed to be given under a doctors supervision and they are supposed to hold the patient for a couple of hours after treatment. The problem you run into is all of these people have gobs of money and all it takes is for a doctor to give in and give a prescription for it.  A little money under the table and there you go

Yep.  There are instances of wealthy individuals advertising $$ for kidneys, i.e., someone that is going to die but has a good kidney, the money goes to the surviving loved one or family.  $$ talks in medicine in many, many ways.

Michael Jackson died from a propofol OD, which is an anesthetic. He had a MD, who was not an anesthesiologist, administering it for him to help with sleep.

Many patients will tell you that they've never got better sleep than when they were put under with it.
