I just read an article that said UNC and Belichick "don't beleive the rumors that are out there."

 

If that doesn't sum up how dysfunctional and bizarre this whole episode is then I don't know what would. 

 

Hmmm... we don't think the rumors that we're having meetings about firing the coach are true. LOL 

 

I guess they might be and UNC just doesn't know they are having these meetings.

What a train wreck this has turned into.

 

Never understood why he would go to college in the first place, let alone UNC of all places. The only way it would have made sense if he went to a big time program like Alabama, Ohio St., Michigan, Rutgers, etc.

If he does leave UNC I can see a return to the NFL. I see "HC of the NYG" in his future. Daboll is not surviving this year. Bill has history with the Giants.

Right, I mean the ridiculous PR statements saying they don't believe the rumors about meetings they had with each other.

 

Obviously they know either way. It's like someone saying "I don't believe the rumors that I cheated on my wife are true "

Jaxson Dart will absolutely save Daboll’s job this season. It’s just unfortunate they have Russ as long as they did and that Nabers was hurt wasting away with Russ.
