Something they might define as a crime of "election interference" if done by an opponent. The FBI should be on this, investigating the connections, identifying leadership and funding, acquiring warrants, freezing assets, arresting hi-level organizers. Arrest anyone approaching the building for obstruction. In a few days they'll come out waving white flags and then quietly arrest them. Sure, you'll have some sappy human rights groups making wild dramatic claims you subjected them to concentration camp conditions, which you didn't, but they're all candy ass pansies too so screw them.
