That's a pretty good description of Trump's arguments, but most of the cases are actually pretty strong. The documents case in particular is about as slam dunk a case as you can find. I almost guarantee every President on both sides, to date, has “bended the laws” to keep us safe or what they thought was in the best interest of our country.
