This is a fantastic idea.

Found this easy recipe - https://www.thewickednoodle.com/seafood-chowder-recipe/

Excellent recipe!!!

It is a white cream one.

Looks like I have all the ingredients except celery.

A quick trip to my local grocery store at 7:00 AM will remedy that.

Sound more like a bait freezer...😱😅

LOL!!!!

I think we had that array of seafood in our freezer from the seafood boil or Bouillabaisse we made in September.

Forget Clam Chowder. You know what would be good for the game, a Lobster Roll.

That’s exactly what I’m making. Hot butter lobster rolls. Bought some frozen lobster tails at local grocery store on sale, had some crab legs in freezer. Boiling them up soon. Getting all the meat out. Get my hot butter ready with minced shallot. NE style (top split) buns toasted on griddle.

Genuine split top buns.... I don't even know where to find them in WNY.
