This Jets Giants game is God Awful. It's cold and rainy... By all rights the Giants should be winning this going away. They have had countless things go their way... 2 turnovers in Jets territory, been all over Zach Wilson, basically Jets hit one nice little dump off the Breece Hall that he took to the house. But now Tyrod Taylor is out with ribs and at the hospital being monitored, so they have some Tommy DeVito dude in...he is playing like Danny DeVito...maybe he should go to Jersey Mike's for Dinner and a Show at halftime and not come back. Giants would be better with Barkley running Wildcat all 2nd half which is what will happen if DeVito goes down...probably should do it anyway, he is terrible. Jets are down to their 3rd string Center up off the practice squad who has caused a fumble with a bad snap the Giants recovered and then almost snapped it over Wilson's head... This is going to be an adventure in the 2nd half. Basically like a giant car wreck waiting to happen that you see standing on a bridge and you know it's going to be really bad but you can't turn away...

I think that's going a little far when they haven't lost by more than 5 points in any regular season game in 2 years. In 2021, they were 7-6 at one point. How they look right now is irrelevant. Too many people are worrying about something that has no relevancy to how they are going to look heading into the playoffs.

Yeah...people seem to think teams with first round picks as #2's with star WRs like Miami and Philly are the norm. They aren't.

They do it in all sports... Soccer is the worst by a mile. Hockey, some guys go down from being "hooked" even when the player barely touches them(they can get penalties for embellishing tho). Basketball with players taking a charge, pretending to get hit on the way up, etc Baseball might be the only one that doesn't really do it much mainly because there aren't many opportunities.

Yes...because actual NFL players know these plays are pretty much standard for all teams that approach them in the same way. As far as how they defended it, Stallworth said they "executed the defense of the Hail Mary perfectly". Sorry to burst your bubble. Stallworth and Orlovsky(who had like a 5 minute video that basically explains the same thing Stallworth had a thread on) said the reason Godwin wasn't looking for the ball was because HIS JOB WAS TO NOT BE LOOKING FOR THE BALL! His job was to be watching the "Deep tipper" on the play, Mike Evans, and play off what he was doing and be ready for a deflection if it came to Evans. This is the damn problem on this board. Kansas city and Philly again. KC now has a really good D to go along with their offense. Basically they are like us last year where DVOA for offense, defense and special teams is Top 5. Hard to pick against them considering they won 2 Super Bowls with mediocre defenses at best. Phills has been up and down but my goodness their D Line is a wrecking crew.

A random hand on a face mask in a split second has literally nothing to do with discipline. Now if players were committing personal fouls regularly after the whistle or taking constant false starts/Offside penalties or a myriad of other things that show lack of discipline, then sure. But don't hold up something that has nothing do with discipline as the "shining example" of lack of discipline. Makes you look like a clown.

I thought the breakdown of the RPO stuff was pretty fantastic and him showing the player being "read" or "put in conflict" so that he is always wrong because they just choose the other option based on what he does is kind of fascinating.

Funny that Donte Stallworth, an NFL receiver who knows a thing or two about Hail Mary plays credits the Bills for executing perfect Hail Mary defense on the play. But clowns on an Internet board know better I suppose.
