All you have to add to your repertoire of replies is a few “why do you hate America”s and “you should move to Russia”s and you will become not necessarily a high-brow Tiberius, but a higher-brow Tiberius. 
 

I occasionally use Listerine but generally prefer something less medicine-y.

You were doing very well there (honestly) until you fell into the hate speech ditch. As I’m going to assume you know, the counter argument is that kids brains aren’t adult brains. That’s a scientific fact! All those you claim to be ‘freaks’ and ‘idiots’ are asking us that we allow kids to be kids, and not make, suggest, promote, or coerce life-long decisions on children who can’t think beyond next weekend. I have literally no idea why you see that position as harmful or hateful. I’m only guessing it’s because you don’t have any children.

What you don’t want to do is alienate your kids whenever they’re trying to tell you something you have to listen and you can’t sit there and take your ideology and shove it on your kid that might work for a little while but eventually they’ll revolt. They’ll always love you, but you can seriously drive a stick between you and your kids.
