But the point of the story that you ignore is that he was given puberty blockers at a young age which stops the genitalia growth. This makes it much more difficult and damn impossible to do the transition later in life. So often when I disagree with affirming care done at early age I get asked if I want a trans kid or a dead kid. Well here you have both so the affirming care caused his death way too early.
