No less, without a look of excruciating pain on their face... Tua didn't look to be in pain, just disoriented.

I've never done upper back, just lower.  From my experience you are 100% correct.  Can't stand up and walk if you wanted to.

And right after he hit his head on the turf, he immediately did the reach up for your head and hold the helmet thing that is almost a dead giveaway for a concussion.
