Boyland's situation sounds like George Floyd's. And I didn't know the protestors who had heart attacks had flash bangs go off near them. Explains a lot. While Sicknick could in no way have had blood clots develop from events from the day before.

Julie Kelly simply asked in a tweet that maybe the J6 committee should investigate the four deaths that actually happened on Capitol grounds on J6. That's it. And of course she received immediate pushback from legacy media, including the NYT, who she points out was responsible for the blatantly false Sicknick was bludgeoned with a fire extinguisher fake news. Eyewitness account of one of the heart attacks immediately after a flash bang below. Simple questions for the Capitol police that the J6 committee might ask: Is it standard protocol to launch flash bang grenades into a dense crowd of people without warning? Did you attempt to stop the lone guy with the megaphone who for close to an hour is exhorting the crowd to move forward and then to fill up the Capitol? Seems as though that guy was working towards the opposite goal of the police and maybe stopping that behavior would be a good idea. 1 1

B-Man
Judge rejects terrorism sentencing penalty in Jan. 6 case (msn.com) Federal prosecutors' first request to draw tougher punishment for a Jan. 6 defendant by classifying his actions as domestic terrorism fell short Monday as a federal judge declined to apply the more severe sentencing guidelines permitted under federal law in such cases. U.S. District Court Judge Dabney Friedrich said applying the sentencing enhancement to Guy Reffitt, 49, would create an "unwarranted sentencing disparity" with other cases involving similar threats or conduct related to the Capitol riot. https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/crime/judge-rejects-terrorism-sentencing-penalty-in-jan-6-case/ar-AA10bEhO?ocid=msedgdhp&pc=U531&cvid=b21fff94d7a349238617f1d12d2224eb . I finally found it buried inside this longer video. The link starts with the Qanon shaman, aka Jacob Chansley, as he is escorted inside the Senate chamber....by a Capitol police officer. At one point the officer asks Chansley and a few others milling around: "Any chance I can get you guys to leave the Senate wing?" And then they pray. It's horrific scene of violent bloodthirsty insurrectionists!!! Let's show this video at the next prime time hearing shall we? First of all Democrats and Republicans both suck ass, although as of late the democrats are trying really hard to lay sole claim to that title. This isn't an attempt to prove that any of these individuals are innocent. It is however proof of the sham committee and media once again leaving out key parts of what happened on J6 that don't fit their narrative. I understand that you might have some difficulty with that level of nuance, but try to follow along. The friggin Qanon shaman is the #1 poster boy for the violent Capitol "insurrection" narrative. Yet here in this video it shows... Chansley calmly strolling into the senate chamber followed by a Capitol police officer who is doing absolutely nothing to stop him. The same capitol police officer asks if they would please leave to which Chansley and another guy calmly respond that they will leave and they are making sure that nobody is disrespecting the place. Then they say a group prayer. No violence whatsoever. They don't break anything, burn anything, try to injure anyone or do anything at all that can even be remotely called insurrectionist behavior. Yet still Chansley is branded as a violent insurrectionist. They are certainly trespassers who broke the law, but violent insurrectionists? I'm sorry but if you still cling to that narrative then Orwell wants to have a word.... “The Party told you to reject the evidence of your eyes and ears. The Senate Intelligence Committee should be applauded for releasing the fifth and final volume of its investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 U.S. presidential election. With over 200 witness interviews and roughly 1 million documents reviewed, the nearly 1,000-page report documents in detail the comprehensive campaign conducted by Russian President Vladimir Putin and his proxies to seek influence within President Donald Trump's campaign, help Trump win the 2016 presidential election and amplify polarization and division within American society. Far from a hoax, as the president so often claimed, the report reveals how the Trump campaign willingly engaged with Russian operatives implementing the influence effort. For instance, the report exposes interactions and information exchanged between Russian intelligence officer Konstantin Kilimnik and then-Trump campaign chairman Paul Manafort. According to the report, campaign figures “presented attractive targets for foreign influence, creating notable counterintelligence vulnerabilities.” (Manafort was later convicted of tax and bank fraud.) The bipartisan tone of the majority of the report, released by a committee chaired by Florida Republican Sen. Marco Rubio, should be welcomed by all Americans who want our elected leaders to protect American sovereignty. National security should never be a partisan issue. But that is not my point. Anyone who starts to suggest any election they lose is rigged is aiming towards a dictatorship.
