I see convicted felon/multi-time divorcee/right wing grifter Phil Buchanan is going down the chemtrails rabbit hole to keep those clicks up

Republicans really are scared of their own shadows aren’t they?

This is not an issue that will go away. You take a population with a significant percentage of unvaccinated people (measles) and/or who have been smuggled through Central America and Mexico in crowded conditions (tuberculosis), this is bound to happen.

If you want to immigrate legally to the USA you have to be examined by a "civil surgeon" (doctor), including a TB test, with chest X-ray if positive, and a full course of treatment if any chest infiltration. You also need to show that you are current on all normal vaccines. Illegally? No check at all. At a minimum we need detention with a physical exam prior to releasing anyone, and that's the minimum.

I think it's nothing different than "let's go back to the old playbook." Wild conspiracies fired up the audience for these guys, which in turn juiced turnout for the election. And last time the idea that a significant portion of Trumpies are out-and-out nutcases never really gained traction in the general public, so they still see it as a net gain.

This is not the same thing as chemtrails. The chemtrails theory is that every single jet airliner is deliberately dropping pollutants in the sky and that every single pilot, air traffic controller, FAA official, etc is in on it.

Actually, a very good book called Conspiracy by Michael Shermer explained it

No talk of measles being a "heat-seeking missile" in Chicago?  And that was after just 8 cases in the entire state of Florida.  This is over 7 times that and nary a peep.  Shocker.

Yup.  You'd think the "pandemic response team" would have been on top of it...

I thought blacks couldn't be racist?

No different than the response to Angel Reese/LSU losing. Sports twitter is a cesspool anyways.
