That plan almost surely involves a slow-roll until about February 1 of next year, at which point the trial judge will hope that different set of (non-partisan) eyes at the DOJ will have reviewed the case. The guy in the Bud Light shirt was pretty upset about the exercise of First Amendment rights. He and other (similarly old, washed, and moderately sober patrons) did things like flip off the protesters, yell racial slurs, and insult them from the sidewalk outside the bar.
