Despite the apparent impairment of his mental faculties, he’s managed to secure the Democratic nomination over his so-called electability. But, did Democrat primary voters overlook his cognitive decline because they were too focused on his perceived electability over his primary opponents? In particular, they worry about the level of support from young black and Hispanic voters — for good reason.
