PS/Cuts: Davis Webb(QB), Christian Wade(RB), Nick Easley(WR), Ray-Ray McCloud(WR), Jason Croom(TE), Nate Becker(TE), Victor Salako(OT), Ike Boettger(OG), Vincent Taylor(DT), Mike Love(DE), Jonathan Woodard(DE), Del'Shawn Phillips(ILB), Cam Lewis(CB), Kaare Vedvik(P)

FA's that could be retained: Senorise Perry(RB), LaAdrian Waddle(OT), Isaac Asiata(OG), Corey Liuget(DT), Maurice Alexander(LB), Julian Stanford(LB), Kurt Coleman(S)

Positions I think we're set at are FB, OG, C, DT, LS, K

Pretty solid work. I would slide QB into your thin group. Meaning I'd like someone signed that can push Barkley.

I do like Davis Webb a bit, but that's understandable. Probably more of a I wouldn't be surprised than thin. The thin spots are my priority pickups at this point.

Sweeney vs Croom will be a nice training camp battle. I liked what I saw from Sweeney last year. I wouldn't count him out.

I wouldn't quibble if he was swapped for Corey Thompson or Vosean Joseph

that was another close call! I went with the receiving threat over the well rounded skillset

We're doing this before free agency officially even opens? Before the draft?

Going to keep it updated throughout. Seeing the projected roster can give insight into targets in the draft.

Isn't it now a pseudo 55 man roster?

NFL teams will be given the option to promote two practice squad players to their new 55-man active roster every week.

Agreed.  Not sure how or why this is happening before the draft

Plus, with most people working from home now, why not spend all day on TBD

Maybe this should be pinned cuz we know this will be brought up again after the draft and throughout the off-season

It is a legit 2 spots as teams get to dress 48 players now.

Lee Smith is as good as gone. Tough to carry 4 TE’s and 6 WR’s. Too much talent for him to stick and Duke will win out over Lee Smith all day as he can play a hybrid role in a pinch or be the big bodied receiver we need.

Josh Norman is a corner. Say goodbye to Jaquan Johnson.

Our punter was erratic last season- the Bills will bring in 2 legs to compete for the starting job.

Yeldon was in the doghouse last year. Expect the Bills to draft a pounding back or grab one via FA. See ya Yeldon.

8 LB’s on the 53? Hmmmmm

Thought about dropping him and keeping Sweeney. I think his role in the locker room will be important with Alexander gone, but who knows?

A lot would have to change in camp and preseason for me to be okay keeping Croom over Sweeney...
