Harris has lots of baggage that makes her undesirable to Joe. Mainly, her background as a "cop" (prosecutor). Harris, imo, would be better off sitting it out and running again herself in 2024. If she attaches herself to Joe's ticket, and they lose (which they will) it's going to be a brutal campaign which she won't recover from in time to run any sort of meaningful campaign in 2024. In California, for example, the higher infection counts are almost all coming out of Los Angeles County. If you know anything about Southern California, you know that there are five contiguous counties that make up the greater LA Area. These counties are all butted up against each other and people travel between three or four of them each day just going to work. It seems like the higher LA counts are due as much to increased testing as they are to a spread of a killer virus. At the same time there is not currently, and has never been, ANY significant infections in the other major California metro areas of San Francisco/Oakland, Sacramento or San Diego. That report was horribly done but generally described how the Trump intel agencies use publicly available sat images to reach conclusions about certain activities in China and Iran. Isn’t that the kind of thing our intel services are supposed to be doing when dealing with secretive regimes? The horrible report conflates what the Trump intel person said with photos of the Statue of Liberty and BLM protests, none of which the Govt woman mentioned.
