Trump LIVES on TV news and at that point right after Biden announced, the airwaves were filled with Biden. (And I've had to quote the call twice to prove DR embarassingly wrong on things, so yes, I've read it.) But we both agree this is not grounds for impeachment. This sort of thing cannot possibly be what the Constitution would categorize as high crimes and misdemeanors. It’s not even close! Our main difference is that I’ve never considered Trump to be a typical politician. In fact I’ve always seen him acting just like I would; as a typical citizen trying desperately against all odds to clean up a huge mess of insider trading, graft and corruption. The Dems were counting on people not reading the phone call, assuming it would be classified by the White House and assuming that most would think it’d be hundreds of pages. It almost worked! I hadn’t read it myself until just a couple of days ago. If you haven’t, it’ll take you less than five minutes. There’s literally NOTHING there at all.
