Dowd says Mueller kept his word about informing the WH if/when the probe expanded. Mueller kept his word, per Dowd, thus there are no other cases pertaining to Trump in other districts from Mueller's probe. It's really over. They're investigsting him on their own volition rather than having cases handed off to them from Mueller. *the "resistance" talking point / hope-ium of late has been mueller knew Barr would hide the report so mueller passed off the most damning stuff to the SDNY - that's false and blown the f up in this interview.
