Now the cool question is why?

I always believed and heard long ago that since the human body is made up of like 80% water and the full moon has some kind of gravitational effect it tends have an adverse reaction on some humans and animals?

In my late teens early twenties, me and my friends would sometimes drive without lights late at night on the back country roads where I grew up, since as you noted, you could see so much from the moon light reflecting on the snow.
