There is nothing he can learn from playing behind a oline that can’t block and WRs that can’t get separation. Then some terrible reverse? I don't think Daboll is what we need here and Castillo as OL coach can go as well. The way Benjamin plays is awful, I was hoping he'd be traded. McDermott has proven to be completely incompetent as a head coach on the offensive side of the ball. Stability/consistency is only helpful if the people you keep in place are competent. They will ruin him by playing him with this roster. I am usually of the mindset of having a rookie QB learn by throwing him in there, but this is a special case. Get better receivers and drop Peterman. Keep in mind that this management team had severe financial restrictions placed on them, so they were limited on who they could sign.
