If Anderson is sidelined due to injury......

What if he has no choice next Sunday?

That may be the case and its just disgusting that it has come down to it.  The QB position was so badly mismanaged.

Losing the locker room? Peterman is the only Bill's QB to throw a touchdown in last 23 quarters. Nearly SIX games. How can it get worse.

It can and WILL get worse if Peterman goes back out there.  Peterman owns the highest interception rate in the modern era.

It can? How do you do worse than ZERO touchdowns. Anderson has 4 picks and 2 fumbles in two games. Not exactly great.

This is the one inarguable aspect of this season

You gift wrap TDs to the other team at a pace never before witnessed in the history of the game.  You complete less than 50% of your passes.

When teams have a full week to prepare for Peterman he has not made it out of the first half.  He has never completed an NFL game.

You mean like the one Anderson did last night? Peterman is no worse than Anderson. A healthy Peterman > injured Anderson.

Yes, he is.  Peterman is historically bad.  He is statistically the worst QB of the modern era.   THE WORST.  As in, no one is worse.

Peterman has been historically bad, no doubting that, but he has moved the ball pretty good at times, just throws picks and chokes under pressure. If we are out of the playoffs I see no point in trading an asset for a rental just because you don't want to see Peterman anymore. Just so we can win one or two more games maybe, why? Just start him, who knows maybe he will start to learn how to compensate for his arm and make better decisions as he gets more experience.

Agree with this. Also, Peterman is familiar with this offense. You can't bring in a guy off the streets on a short week and expect him to be even remotely decent.

Unfortunately, they would have to go with Peterman. If I am Anderson I am not feeling great about the decision to come back. He was not expecting to play and now he is getting his butt kicked and embarrassing himself. He probably should have stayed on the couch. Peterman sucks, but he gives the team a better chance to win than some guy off the street.

I was sayin this last night to bills fans I don’t know how people don’t see this at this point.

Not true. You read too much fake national media garbage. In fact, his 114.6 RTG game last night was highest this season of all games. And his 100.8 game last year against Colts was another 100+ game. He has had terrible games too with 0 ratings but he career 31.4 average is far from the worst. A guy like Randy Fasani for the Panthers has like an 8 career rating.

Anyone who thinks the Bills are willing to trade a significant draft asset for a player under contract for one year is mistaken.  They know they are taking this year and won’t make a big trade to win a few more games.

Also so there is no way in hell they would bring Tyrod back

Then who is our backup if Anderson is injured?

He threw 2 passes last night.  Two. 1 pass and then 1 more pass.  Are you shitting me with his 114.6 rating on 2 passes?!?!  I've said all along the trick to winning with Peterman is to throw fewer than 8 passes in a game, but you actually think that's a compliment.

The Colts game (that he didn't finish) was in unplayable conditions.

How far did you have to stick your head up your ass to find Randy f@#$ing Fasani who STILL has a better interception rate than Peterman????

So I correct you and the fake national news stories and you get upset. Great. Keep believing the fake national media idiots. Peterman is starting Sunday. Get over it.

And the second completed pass was incredibly stupid. 4th down and 18 threw a five yard swing pass that went for 9 yards or so out of bounds with no chance of first down.

Every time we try to have a reasonable discussion about the QB position somebody has to go and play the Randy Fasani card.

That was a big part of the game plan.  Anderson was KILLING the Pats with those 3 yard swing passes on 3rd and 18.

They had Landry Jones in right before they signed Anderson,  smart money would be him.

Kap is still available, and will remain so.

Isn’t Pryor a QB??  Had him in yesterday!  Can’t play both QB and WR...especially when Benjamin is sent packing.

If Anderson is out, Peterman starts and some schlep is signed to backup.

Kaep will never come here.  Our "fans" did not appreciate him taking a knee.  Very vocally.

My money is on Josh Freeman.
