Not counted against their cap until they signed him. They are and they do - or re-negotiate some already signed players. Well Kendricks is available.....IMO Kendricks is the better player - only my opinion - without doing any digging it would be interesting to see what the Iggles are going to save if Kendricks comes off their books??
