You're not alone. We had an offensive guy who's offense sucked, and we traded him for a defensive guy who couldn't produce a defense. We are still in 7-9 to 9-7 territory, so.......... Marrone gets no credit because his area of expertise, offense, sucked. And then we get a defensive coach and his defense sucks. Can we just combine all our crappy coaches into one decent coach? I remember reading about it a few yrs ago and thought it was excellent scheme wise and we already have the type of players that fit it (34 players in a 43 scheme) Plus Rob freaking hates it saying it is too simple so that has to be a good thing, amiright!
