I also thought we would have Gilmore OR Glenn locked up long term giving us s little more csp space. Still time for all that though! Likely, will be our draft picks IMO. Blanton had an excellent 2014 season for the Vikings as their starter at strong safety, but he played behind Andrew Sendejo for most of 2015 -- he saw his snap percentage drop from 91.7 percent to just 29.1 percent, per Pro Football Focus. Still, he is only 26 years old and will turn 27 right around the time next season starts. If they can hook him in on a deal, they'd likely be getting his prime years. It's important to win Free Agency. win something at least At least he has experience defending Martellus Bennett twice a year. And Forte. He's depth as we have our two starters but with all the sub-packages it's an important role. good points Maybe he is the solve for Bennett. Chess anyone?
