Look at other OT drafted later in the 2nd round and they all are starting at either OG or OT. Fire the guy and send Sammy, Darby, Brown, and Karlos with him. And of course there are the other whiffs such as McCoy, Clay, Taylor, Richie, and Schmidt. I believe Mills also can play OG. Seeing as how Miller is out, if Urbik/Incognito went down the Bills would be stuck. Kujo and Henderson only play OT. I guess my problem with SH is that athletically this guy should literally be a franchise LT in this league...... but he isnt He gets abused by real football players...but the worst part about it? He is LAZY.....you put some competition in front of hm and his play picks up.......some how some where a player needs to be their OWN motivation.....not just trying to not get put on the bench....
