Doc Posted October 20, 2015 Posted October 20, 2015 I was looking to see if he was blocked into him, but he wasn't. It appeared dirty.
YoloinOhio Posted October 20, 2015 Author Posted October 20, 2015 Well Dan Campbell said he was going to change the culture!
atlbillsfan1975 Posted October 20, 2015 Posted October 20, 2015 karma is a...well you know. I don't really think the horse collar on TT was malicious, but it caused the same injury.
What a Tuel Posted October 20, 2015 Posted October 20, 2015 http://www.si.com/nfl/2015/10/18/marcus-mariota-knee-injury-titans-update-mri http://www.cbssports.com/nfl/draft/nfl-draft-scout/24993415/nfl-draft-injury-could-keep-mariota-from-throwing-at-combine http://www.foxsports.com/nfl/story/tennessee-titans-marcus-mariota-limit-number-of-hits-092215 ouch. 3 injuries in less than a year. I bet the Titans fans are calling him a bust and "injury prone". No, that'd just be silly

K D Posted October 20, 2015 Posted October 20, 2015 (edited) he did get a roughing the passer call on this particular play but it doesn't always get called for the young guys and it's not fair. it's funny that Ed Hochuli admitted that only some QB's get that call. he told Cam Newton that he wasn't old enough to get those types of calls after a late hit. a penalty is a penalty. just because TT or Marriota are young guys they can't get the calls that Brady gets? that's cheating Edited October 20, 2015 by kdiggz

The Poojer Posted October 20, 2015 Posted October 20, 2015 the guy sought Mariota out after the game to apologize, that doesn't sound like he tried to hurt him to me
RyanC883 Posted October 20, 2015 Posted October 20, 2015 the guy sought Mariota out after the game to apologize, that doesn't sound like he tried to hurt him to me or he just apologized to avoid a fine? Whether it's dirty or not, it's an illegal hit. Sorry I'm a complete moron shouldn't absolve you of responsibility for the play. Any word on the fine amount. ?

Doc Posted October 20, 2015 Posted October 20, 2015 the guy sought Mariota out after the game to apologize, that doesn't sound like he tried to hurt him to me Could be something like the kid from "The Karate Kid" who was told to kick Daniel-san in the leg and then apologized later.
YoloinOhio Posted October 20, 2015 Author Posted October 20, 2015 Could be something like the kid from "The Karate Kid" who was told to kick Daniel-san in the leg and then apologized later. i actually thought the same thing when I read that.
Miyagi-Do Karate Posted October 20, 2015 Posted October 20, 2015 Could be something like the kid from "The Karate Kid" who was told to kick Daniel-san in the leg and then apologized later. Excellent point. It was Sensai Krease who called for the leg shots.

Best Player Available Posted October 20, 2015 Posted October 20, 2015 Well Dan Campbell said he was going to change the culture! he did say something like were going to " play on the line" take it for what it's worth. The NFLN bobbleheads have picked up on that comment.
26CornerBlitz Posted October 23, 2015 Posted October 23, 2015 @Titans Whisenhunt: Marcus Mariota will not play Sunday against the Falcons.
