Call up Meeks if AW is out this week and make DW inactive. Clearly referring to Duke not having a clue that he was in man coverage on Gronk on his TD. I think that's inexcusable. Honestly though, why is he even on the field in that situation? When has he ever shown that he can cover anyone, let alone the best TE in the NFL? Was hopeful about him when he was drafted and he has made some positive ST contributions at times, but he's a liability at the position he gets paid to play at. I typically don't put a lot of stock into one defender yelling at another, but when both guys turn and scream at him simultaneously, they clearly both expected him to be in that spot. How we didn't bump Gronk off the line on every play, I'll never know. The amount of times they'd replay his route and he'd run right past Lawson or Hughes untouched was driving me nuts...move over six inches and put a shoulder into him!
