You can't be basing that off of his win loss record or his ability to lead teams to the playoffs. I'm not trying to be confrontational, I'm just curious. I'm pretty sure he was Broncos DC before he came to Buffalo to DC (obviously before Marv retired, and Son-of-Bum became HC).He was also their head coach briefly during Elway. I think Elway threw him under the bus a little and he got fired after a year when Elway was hurt. I think he went 9-7 then 7-9. Sorry if wrong, going by memory.
