Can he play quarterback cornerback long snapper? Does he know how to walk on rubber mats? May as well sign him.

The guy was very good in college but watching him close enough you see the imperfections. The same could be said about Dion Jordan this year. There are always hand fulls of guys that never break thru to the NFL. I am glad this guy retired. Some guys never can let go and move on...Jr Seau... this guy can move on with his life while he still has one left to live.

The 2009 1st round really sucked!

But the 2008 first round was fantastic:

1. Jake Long

2. Chris Long

3. Matt Ryan

4. Darren McFadden

10. Jarod Mayo

11. Leodis McKelvin

12. Ryan Clady

13. Jonathan Stewart

15. Branden Albert

18. Joe Flacco

20. Aqib Talib

21. Sam Baker

24. Chris Johnson (Tennessee RB)

26. Duane Brown (possibly the best OL in today's game)

Guys taken that year that have had VERY good years but not so much now: Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie, Jeff Otah, Felix Jones, Rashard Mendenhall).

relist them in order of worth by today...that entire list. Mayo drops a ton. Does Flacco go over Ryan for his ring? McFadden still before CJ2K?

A re-draft has to have Matt Ryan going first- that Falcon team was a trainwreck before he got there, and now they are a perennial contender- say it with me- the Falcons are a perennial contender!

:wallbash: :wallbash: :wallbash:

we picked Mcfumbles over Flacco

we new Losman was junk we should have been all over this. We better pick another QB next year because you never know who is going to pan out.

Gotta wonder if he was on steroids in college and is now off the juice

Don't know anything about that, but I do know he simply never got better. The same physical ability that carried him in college didn't do anything for him in the NFL.
