Not sure he will fall but if he did and we got our WR at 41 like Woods or Hunter.

Thoughts?

I'll have some of what you are smoking. It must be good schitt. Fall to us???? Te'o will not even be drafted tonight and might not be drafted at all.

I'm cool with that just as long as we grab his girlfriend with the 7th we picked up from the Rams.

about as worthwhile as the one spent on the kicker... or the one spent on T-Jax... or the one spent on moving up 2 spots for TJ,

i think Te'o goes 45 to Oakland and we needn't worry. but i would not have a HUGE problem with it if the WRs and CB i want are gone.

Icons don't work on IPad, so LOL!

'girlfriend' notwithstanding, I don't want him near the Ralph! -Except on the opposing team. 'Bama exposed him and his fraud team.

I don't know that he WON'T be drafted, ala Promo, but I don't think any team thinks he's an answer to their LB concerns.

im not saying we should draft him but you guys are nuts - one terrible game (on the biggest stage) and hes not even going to be drafted??? lol

the guy has a solid, solid body of work - played damn good against MANY MANY QUALITY teams (for just one example, check out youtube clips of him playing Stanford - with three NFL lineman on that line) and watch him murder people all game long

Dude can play, period....

but id rather not have the bills draft him in the 2nd round with our other needs

Dude, you have to learn the difference between having a bad day and getting run off the field. You say the dude can play? Against lesser talent, maybe. It doesn't get easier in the NFL.

Pros: has run a very complex defense, in charge of audibles etc... Hard worker.... Generally good instincts.

Con: a step slow

Doesn't matter but will fill pages on this discussion: GF story

I'd be fine at 46 depending on how the round falls. He would be in my first 15-20 available and with a fit on our roster.

Saban has done it to many a good player. They had 6 weeks between games, and some distractions. Saban has absolutely dominated after those layoffs and ND was especially long without a conference championship. It'd be like the niners and ravens stopping play mid December before a championship in February.... It's a terrible setup if you ask me but its the NCAA.

There are reasons to include the body of work along with that game instead of just that one game

Te'o rep is more a function of the ND hype machine than actual performance. He had some decent games against middling opponents. Big stage, title game? He looked like how I would look like on that field. Red flag with flashing neon arrows.

The entirety of ND was exposed. How can Te'o be expected to do anything when he is getting absolutely zero help from the dline or other lbs?

Competition gets harder in the NFL, but he will actually have competent teammates as well.

I would have hated him anywhere in RD 1, but I'd be happy with him as our 2nd rd 2 pick, or in rd 3.

LOL --- we have a winner for most hysterically ironic post of the draft weekend. Thanks for participating everyone!

Except no one double teamed him. In fact he got wiped out one-on-one. If the guy was really all that he'd have made some plays instead of getting used like a sweat rag.

Here's an excellent video showing every Te'o play in that game. Point out where gets double teamed...

Maybe Te'o doesn't exist at all. Have any of you met him in person? I've only read about him on the Internet and when I told him to meet me he didn't show up. I heard he was a LB for ND but when I watched their game vs Alabama I didn't see him. Their RB's ran right up the middle all night and there was no one there to stop them. I think we are all getting catfished!!!
