Good luck finding a head coach. The fact that team has 5 wins (aginst some good teams) with that crap fest at QB is almost amazing. Why would anyone want to work for Al Davis? Â Seriously, I don't know what coach could succeed there. They blow top 10 picks on guys like Heyward-Bey, Russell, and Huff. It is suicide to be an Oakland coach.
