Allen now being the Alpha and CEO of the offense with Diggs gone is going to go a long way in his maturation process and the young weapons will fall in line behind 17. I think Diggs being older than Allen and being “him” was helpful 4 years ago but Allen needed a clear runway at this point to truly put his stamp on this team. I believe we’re going to see a much different Josh Allen going forward, hopefully Bean gets enough talent around him to take advantage of it. IMHO.

Yeah if you look up 4 or 5 posts I clearly recognize his greatness, but if you refuse to add context because it’s doesn’t suit your narrative, one can be deceived as being a right fighter.

Sure if you haven’t actually watched football the last 30 years and hadn’t paid attention to Reid’s career then you might fall victim to narrative. Reid has been an outstanding HC his entire career, and is one of the games greatest offensive minds. It’s ok to point out the VERY lucky situation Mahomes fell into, while also acknowledging he’s the of the most talented QBs of all time. Both can be true, and both are true.

If they’re ok to move off 60 to move up, they should take the bigger swing and include 28,60 and next years 1st and try to get Rome. If they truly believe BTJR is a difference maker then ok. This is some big boy decision making on Bean’s plate this offseason, say what you want about Bean but he’s not gonna go down scared and timid.

People who invest time and energy of course want to believe it’s possible to predict or make accurate a conclusions about players or the draft as a whole, and in some ways they can. If one is using the same grading system year after year then they can say this class of players is stronger or weaker compared to previous class of prospects. At the end of the day, they don’t know any more about where a prospect’s career will end up than my neighbour, and my neighbour’s a postman. I do respect the work and effort people put into knowing as much as they do about these prospects, it’s great entertainment and fun to have the breakdowns of various players and try to pinpoint who your team may or should want to target.

Not sure what to make of his body composition to tell you the truth, part of me thinks he just enjoys eating and being a very good LT for a great QB, then there’s another part of me that thinks maybe he doesn’t have the ability to lose the fat without dropping weight, which would be undesirable for his job.
