  1. It goes way back before Allen. I recall an incident during a season early in the Bills' Super Bowl runs when Bradshaw was in Henrietta, NY at Dick's (the old location) doing a commercial spot for the company. While the crew was adjusting the lighting, he stood around tossing a football up in the air and catching it. Someone in the crowd yelled out "Hey Terry, what do you think of the Bills?" He shook his head, made a face and said "Bills suck."
  2. With you on Abbot parking. Did it for 30 years. To paraphrase a former Bills' center, "you can do things in those private lots that are "severely illegal." 😄
  3. Sadly, the Colts also feasted on chicken tenders yesterday. 😔
  4. Been thinking for awhile that the constant talk here about Moss and Singletary's lack of speed was kind of overblown. But, as soon I saw Breida run I knew how true it is. You could see him recognize a crease and explode through it...impressive. Gotta find a way to work that kind of talent into our lineup.
  5. "Hess realized at that moment Josh Allen was intelligent, attentive, self-aware and had a meteoric rise inside of him. You grow up with this thing in farming where just because you plant the seed today, you don’t get to harvest it tomorrow. There’s this kind of diligent patience, you always have to keep working for no immediate return." The qualities that separate Josh Allen from the pack. I mean, Jeff George could throw a football over mountains, too.
  6. That look on Mahome's face, though, right after the hurdle...Admiration? Shock? Disbelief?
  7. Nice...reads like a book you can't put down!
  8. Bills' wish list for the Pats* 1. Take first of two games...CHECK 2. Pats* out of the playoffs...CHECK 3. Next stop: LOSING SEASON... 4. ??? Crush Tampa Bay in the Super Bowl? 😁
  9. Yep, and they're rounding into form at the best possible time of the season. Watch as that trajectory continues.
  10. Of course, you all realize the TV experience would be unwatchable if there weren't a real crowd of screaming, rabid fans to get you pumped vicariously. A real crowd gets the players pumped, too. TV ratings would plummet without fannies in the stands. It would be like watching a movie with no background music...you don't know how much it adds until it's not there. Take it from a 30-year season ticket holder: Watching on TV with a room full of friends is great, but nothing compares with being at the game.
  11. We had hope two years ago, now we have confidence. GO BILLS!!
  12. GREAT stuff, thanks for posting! What really hits me on watching this is, despite all the changes in the intervening years, it's still basically the same game it was then.
  13. Gotta be a thousand ways to say it. I'd print this one out and hang it on the wall: HUNGRY BILLS FEAST ON HAPLESS PATS
  14. Thinking of putting my 40-year bandwagon season seats for sale on Stubhub. J/K
  15. Much credit and heartfelt thanks need to go to the Pegulas. It all starts with them. Their commitment to growing a winning culture in western New York has produced great results. To be sure, ownership has been a learning experience for them as well, and there have been some tough trials; but they have laid the foundation for a long-term, successful franchise for years to come. Just a great day to be a fan of this team.
  16. At the 19 second mark and from 25 seconds until the end of the clip, you can clearly see that no one on the field, sidelines or crowd is looking up to watch it. Jumbotron only.
