I wouldn't bet on that...I think he is as good as gone. Every team is looking for the next McVay they can pair up with their young QB for the next decade and have them grow together. They would much rather hire an OC a year too early and let him grow into the HC role than miss our on him.

It's not often you can get all the way to the last game of the year without getting exposed and then get exposed in the last game badly and continue getting exposed without enough time to correct the issues... Bad timing for the Vikes. Usually it happens early on in the year and you get plenty of time to iron out the kinks.

Interesting note... Bills have the 3rd best scoring defense at home in the NFL, allowing only 16.4 PPG.
