    They need to dedicate the draft to high end skill players on offense and let McD figure it out on D. He is able to do a lot with less, do there is no need to spend high picks on that side of the ball. Allen needs to be surrounded by high end skill players so it makes it impossible to shut everything down.

    Dorsey doesn't understand how to put plays together successfully in a drive sense. Its like a DJ who just plays hit song after hit song without understanding how to sequence them properly for best effect. Sure, you might have some good content but how you put it together matters a lot.

    All in all I'd rather have the guy who play his ass off in the playoffs like Allen than Lamar who had one good playoff game ever and then followed it up with another mostly stinker

    In some cases yes, but when you are missing 5 starters on D and down to your 4th/5th stringers it makes it pretty rough. I can't really see what they did working with Bernard in there in place of Klein. We did far better on offense than the Ravens did against them and likely would have beaten Baltimore also with the way we normally shut down Lamar.

    Ehh....missing Bernard killed us because it forced Klein onto the field. Which is right where they attacked most of the game. I think we would have forced at least one more FG and cause an extra punt or two which would have been enough. Hell it was almost enough the way it was.

    Irritating thing? If Allen played the way he does in the playoffs all the time, we would likely get the 1 seed every year and he would win MVP every year.

    I can't blame him. Players only have but so long to make their money.

    Let's just say that other coaches would disagree since he came up with blueprint Tennessee openly stated they used to beat Lamar in the playoffs and he also came up with the gameplan that was used last year against the Dolphins in week 3 to slow them down that took several weeks for anyone to copy, but after the Chargers stole it from us, it was copied by several other teams.

    Basically over the course of the last 7 games, the score is essentially even. That's a lot of games to not have any separation between the two teams...comes down to a play here or there by either team really in most of the games.

    Wow...dude has already proven to be a much better DC than head coach once but now gets another shot at it? You mean Mayo? Ryans is the Texans Head Coach.

    He got 24 targets and made 10 catches. I wouldn't call that "not passing him the ball".
