I trust Rex to make the right choice. I maybe the only one that is sick of talking about the QBs. So far, it proves that nobody has any inside information on the whole thing. Not AP, and certainly not anyone from WGR for sure. Everyone are just guessing. Except some people like to make their predictions sound like they know something. I think any QB Rex put out there will have a logical reason. By the way, if you like one quarterback, that doesn't mean you have to automatically hate the other two or talk them down. I am the only one here that like all three of them because they all bring something to the table and they are all still part of the Bills. And I will not talk any of them down or wish anyone of them to fail.

I hope he gets the start for preseason game #3. If he put the ball in the end zone, that will do it for me. It shouldn't be too hard since people are saying the Steelers have a relatively poor defense this year.

I totally agree with everything you said. I also have been listening for years. The second point OC made, I actually heard it live. It was Sal who said it on air to a caller Anthony. Sal said he wasn't trying to be a jerk on the radio but that was exactly what he was. I stopped listen to the station, except for John Murphy, after that statement. On the topic of EJ, I have two points. 1. What EJ have done in spring has very little effect on today. EJ may have a bad camp, but he improved since. I value preseason more than practice because the purpose to practice is to get better. If you are already perfect than why do you still need to practice. WGR host seems to hang on to every pass players made and analyzed it to death. I think because they didn't have much else to said. That led to them talking about meat draft on the radio. 2. Tyrod is a running QB. We all know what happens to running QB, most of them don't make it through the season. That makes it very important to keep 3 QBs. From what I can see, EJ just needs time to develop. He may not be ready now but I see leadership quality in him. If the Bills let him go before he has a chance to develop, then it may explain why we couldn't make the playoff and why they still don't have a franchise quarterback. Good teams know how to develop quarterbacks.

We have a lot of players that are from other teams. Why single Cassel out for this discussion? Do you trust Tyrod? He was from Baltimore, and they also won Superbowl.

People, you should all listen to WGR less. The way I see it, TT still has yet shown me that he can throw the ball accurately down field. When he scrambled, he rarely look deep. He scored no touch down in 2 preseason game, even when he got good protection. For me he is just another running quarterback. He is like Brad Smith with more opportunities. He needs to prove to me he is a complete package by completing some long passes. He is already lack size. We got all these offensive weapons. It seems such a waste to have a QB that only want to run or throw short passes. Just want to warn you ahead of time, if you over rate him, you could be pretty frustrate when he doesn't work out when real bullets are flying.

The NFL is planning to do away with DTV. They want to replace it with direct internet streaming. This game is just to test it out. They want to know the click rate if the game is only shown on streaming. So all of us are lab rats. So they won't make the game available on DTV because it will mess up their experiment. They picked the game between two small market teams for a reason.

Just mention offense tackle list at 6-9 and 351 pounds is impressive enough. His nationality does not add to his resume. It is like saying EJ Manuel the black QB. It is not necessary. Big lineman doesn't automatically mean he can play. It reminds me of Mike Williams.

You need Matt Cassel on this team, even as a backup. He can be someone EJ can go to for advice. If you have to cut a QB, I can see them cutting Tuel. McKelvin I can see him sticking around. He is ok at CB. He did get lit up once in a while but you can't have too many CB. Chris William will need to restructure his contract to take less money or he should be cut. I don't think we have seen him enough because he couldn't stay healthy. We have to ask Whaley what he saw in William when he signed him a few years ago. To be honest, I think they like almost all the starters on the team and probably are feeling comfortable enough to not make any major cutting from now to camp.

Whaley is now saying we spent all our cap space (less than 6 millions left) so it is possible that the starting OL is already on this team. With "better coaching" I am hoping this unit will turn into a solid line. But that is still far from building a bully. The kind of running game Rex was talking about, we need some nasty linemen. Besides Incognito, the others are all just nice boys. Or maybe Rex already changed his mind. I think a great OL makes average RB looks good. A great RB can only do so much. It is hard to build a great OL because there are 5 people and they have to work well together. That's why linemen are so valuable in the draft and RB are not so much. There are only so many Lynch and AP.

That doesn't not mean it would work with the Bills' personnel. Seattle have a bruising back in Lynch who made up for the line. We also now have a lot of speed on offense. I think a good OL is needed to activate all these weapons we have.

We will need to be creative. But if they want to pound the ball, they should really get more help. They couldn't run the ball last year and so far they only just added one guy. Doesn't look good.

If we draft an OL, he must be able to run. We need to be able to run screens in game.

I rather see Cassel win the job and have the other two compete for the backup job because those two are not yet ready to be the starter. Have Cassel start the season until he hit a wall then put the backup in. I expect Cassel to be effective and will win a lot of games right the way. By the bye week, they will re-evaluate the situation again.
