I got crapped on in another thread for having basically the same take about Jackson, but what you say in this post is the truth, even if some people don’t want to admit it. They like to hide behind the “he doesn’t have any talent around him” excuse, an excuse not afforded to other QB’s in the league. When Josh Allen was throwing to the rotting corpse of Kelvin Benjamin, and a mentally unstable Zay Jones, no one in the media used the he doesn’t have any talent around him excuse.....they just laughed at him and called him a bust. Meanwhile, Jackson has been in the league four years and he still is being afforded that excuse instead of being criticized for just not being good enough to be an elite QB.

An actual good QB makes average talent great. Funny how Lamar Jackson always gets the “no talent around him” excuse....other QB’s in the league don’t ever seem to get the luxury of using that excuse.

Doubt it......wouldn’t pay him big money if he was healthy, let alone if he’s coming off a knee injury. He certainly isn’t getting big money because of his passing ability, or his ability to read defenses.

There was talk of Bills-Jets being flexed. I'm guessing they decided against it, as I have not heard any news on the topic.

The Bengals did the Bills a favor today, but they can take it right back if they also beat the Bills in a few weeks. What a game that will be!! Go Bills!!

When the Dolphins lose to the 49ers, Chargers, and Bills in the next three weeks, they will be shown to be frauds, IMO. They have been winning against bottom feeders, when they play legit playoff teams they will be exposed.

These next few weeks will be when the Jets and Dolphins turn back into pumpkins. Not as good as the media makes them out to be, IMO.

Agree......don't understand the ejection there. I've seen much worse hits than that where the player was not ejected.

Bills looked like the superior team from the beginning......it took a little longer to pull away than it should have, but the outcome of the game was obvious by the end of the first quarter, IMO.

Bills should be winning by 30 at this point. I honestly feel that 10 points is the smallest possible lead the Bills could have given how the game has gone to this point
