Yep...

The aftermath of this game will mostly be about how good Cincy is...And they are good... But I heard quite a lot this week about how great this Bills D is...I even heard some folks who do radio for a living getting pretty angry when it was suggested that this Bills D is overrated... I'm going to suggest it again...They are overrated...Especially the D-Line...No way is this a top 5 Defense like they were last year...They're no where near as good...They don't dominate the line of scrimmage like they did last year...And when they rush 4 it's crickets... They returned the whole Defense...minus Searcy...They added a real good young CB and have only lost AW to injury...The biggest change is Rex...And so far it has not been a change for the better...

Not only that he had to re-adjust the ball when it did...That was a no-catch...

This is just ridiculous with the injuries... Best player on Offense..not even touched...and hurt again... Seriously...

This team...I just don't know what to say anymore...I love the Bills...Always have...But this particular team makes it really hard to like them...They just seem to be missing something...Like brains...

10 minutes left in the 2nd Quarter...Only down 7... So why do I feel this game is over?

We either get a couple turnovers on Defense this game...Or we're toast...

This is going down-hill fast...

I don't mind him taking that chance...But the throw was pretty awful...

The two replays they showed looked like a catch... Looked like he got his hand under it...We'll see...

Remember this was in that time period early last year when the illegal contact calls were being enforced heavy...They made a HUGE point of it leading into the season...If nothing else it was clearly illegal contact...He bumps Woods back shoulder to re-route him three times after 5 yards...I really think it's about as clear as you can get...Blatant is the word I used most to describe it at the time... Point being I don't see how anything that obvious gets missed unless you want to miss it...Or unless the refs are completely incompetent...And I only saw the end of the play live...Were it not for that vine I would have never known...I think the NFL realizes it's vines and replays like that one that are exposing huge issues with officiating...And, in their opinion it's tarnishing the shield...So instead of taking the necessary steps to improve these terrible calls and no-calls they'll just ban the vines and replays...

I think the Bengals are a good a team... But I do agree they are due to lay an egg...And there is precedence here (sort of)...Before they went to NE and got throttled last year the Bengals were 3-0 and had outscored their opponents 80-33... The thing about that NE game was the Pats jumped out to a 14-0 lead in the 1st...And then answered the Bengals FG with two of their own...So it was 20-3 at halftime...I think that will be key for the Bills this Sunday...If they can jump on the Bengals early and force them to be one dimensional the crowd will come in to play and make it really tough on the visitors...But if the Bengals jump out to a lead early like the Giants and Pats did...The Bills are in big, big trouble...

Well... I think Tasker hit the nail on the head during the broadcast yesterday...This team was built around the Defense and some really, really good skill position players to help the young QB's...The problem is the #1 and #2 skill position players are injured and the result is not good...Not good at all...Having Sammy and Shady on the field completely and totally changes what a Defense can do vs the Bills...For all intents and purposes the Bills are not really running their Offense with those two out...They got super lucky drafting a talent like Karlos Williams where they did...And as Shady's back-up he actually added to the potential of this Offense...But when he went down things got really bad... So anyway...The Bills are out there now with a first year starter at QB, an average O-Line, while missing their top 2 skill position players and three of their top seven or so... It's a lot to ask of TT...And the result is what it is...

I really think he was interfered with on that play too...Gotta give Hogan a lot of credit on that one...

Let hope Cincy has another egg in their basket like the one they laid at the Patsies last year... IMHO...The Bills are going to have to improve big time and get a lot healthier to have a chance vs the Bungles...They've already lost twice at home, so I'm not counting on that making as big a difference as it should... We'll see...But I'm not too confident based on what I saw today vs a team no where near as talented as Cincy...

Can't believe they did not call Gilmore for a personal foul on the INT...
