  1. Thats quite a stat Turk. We just need to get healthier hydrated and ready for Baltimore. Just a tough loss to swallow. But we are a dam good team regardless.
  2. I agree 100. I loved it too. I am glad he cares so much.
  3. It was war out there today UK.. The S Florida heat is brutal. We gave a great effort. Were down our entire secondary and 4 O lineman. And Diggs was hobbled. Miami got several calls their way. And Milano should have had a pick 6 and Bass missed a short FG. Allen is a baller extraordinnaire. Tough to lose. But this team is so fun to watch and root for. Get your head on straight. Even Alabama loses once in a while.
  4. I took Buffalo `-4 1/2 and the over 53 1/2. I like those odds better. I also like the Lions +6. The Dan Campbell craziness puts the hex on Kirk Cousins. LOL
  5. Bedford and Elam have played a lot already. Johnson and Hamlin can both play. Our backups are as good as most teams starters. Edmonds and Milano look as good as they ever have. We have a strong pass rush. These guys are all professionals. I think the players worry a whole lot less about injuries on the team then the fans do. They all believe they are good and should be starting. That is the mentality needed to be a professional athlete. We have the best quarterback on the planet. And one of the best WR's as well. We will be fine tomorrow. Games aren't one 13-10 or 17-13 very often anymore. 45-27 sounds about right tomorrow.
  6. Good analysis Alphadawg of our respective schedules. That is a very manly schedule the Bills have over the next month. Road games at Miami Baltimore and KC are nothing to sneeze at. Pittsburgh has a pretty marginal roster, especially without TJ Watt playing. Watching Trubisky play last nite against the Browns was almost painful. (especially since I bet them taking the 4 1/2 points. But Tomlin still should have went for the TD instead of the FG on 4th and 1 on their last drive. Its not 1975 Mike!!) How he was drafted # 2 in 2017 is absolutely beyond me. Kenny Pickett needs to start for the Steelers. Trubisky is just not an NFL starting QB. Cincinnati will get well against the Jets and give the Dolphins all they can handle on Thursday nite. But I do agree that Sunday in Miami is a big game.
  7. There is a chance of rain in South Florida every day. I live there part time and its hot and humid every day. But the rain only stays for a short time unless a tropical storm is blowing in. An interesting tidbit about South Florida weather. It is almost always sunny at the beach. The clouds and showers are usually inland about 2+ miles going towards Interstate 95. Hard Rock Stadium is way inland in Miami Gardens halfway between Fort Lauderdale and Miami. So there will always be a chance of some rain during their games.
  8. Its a week 3 game first of all. And injuries are part of the game. Tua is still a dink and dunker. And after beating the tar out of him last year in Miami, (he will remember that) our D line is better this year. He can't be feeling comfortable going into this weeks game. The Bills offense can not be stopped. I don't know if it can even be slowed down. We may have to win 45-35. But we are certainly capable of doing that.
  9. Stats are way overblown. Its wins and championships that matter.
  10. Moss has terrible vision and not much burst. Keeping him over Duke and Blackshear was solely because he was a 3rd round pick and nothing more. Heck TJ Yeldon at this point would give us more then Moss does. I would be happy rotating Singletary and Cook at this point. Beane has put together an excellent roster this year, so can't be too harsh about it. But the running back situation is puzzling to say the least. Lets hope Moss can make some positive plays if and when he is called upon.
  11. Herbert and Allen are not in the same discussion. Allen is just better in all facets of the game. It was obvious after watching Herbert last nite. The Chargers are going to turn him into a dink and dunker.
  12. Exactly. We dominated. No need to give up garbage time scores, especially to Cooper Kupp. Seeing how bummed Sean McVay was at the end of the game was wonderful. Just an awesome performance to start what will be an awesome season!! Go Bills!!
  13. Duke Johnson and Blackshear both have more game then Moss. Hopefully the coaches realize that soon.
  14. Good response Thanks. I guess I am still caught up in the hype that was OJ Howard coming out of Alabama. Living in the South we get a lot of Roll Tide publicity all football season. Some deserved. Some a little over the top.
  15. If Tenuta was getting better, (I did not watch him so much in the first two games, and did not see the 3rd game) why did we cut him over Doyle who I have seen nothing from him that leads me to believe he has any business playing O line in the NFL?
  16. What do you mean Josh knows Sweeney?? Are you saying he gets to pick his buddies for the team? That sounds silly. But not sure how we end up w Sweeney and Morris as our 2nd and 3rd TE's. That's curious that we cut OJ Howard. What did he do so poorly? The guy ran a nice route for a TD against the Broncos. I don't like Doyle at all. But where are you finding better then Hart, Van Roten, and Quissenberry/Brown? Not a lot of good O lineman around the league. A lot of teams can barely find 4 or 5 starting caliber O lineman, let along backups. Was Cody Ford really worse then Hart and Van Roten?
  17. But they are all better then Levi Wallace!
  18. He was a distraction to the team. Its that simple. He had no clout to stay any longer when he was going to be a distraction as a rookie punter. Who doesn't agree with him being cut? The guy is being sued for taking part in a gang rape of a 17 year old girl at an off campus college party. To be associated with that in any form or fashion is terrible. The Bills are a professional sports team in the national and international public eye. They can't have their players connected with this in the slightest. This isn't a bar fight or even a DUI. This is bad *****. We all know that. The Bills did not do their homework on Araiza. Got to talk to people on campus about the guy-coaches, teammates, other students, figure out the vibe on this guy. People talk about others all the time. This was not some secret. But you live and learn. Lets move forward and be the best team we can be. That's all that matters now.
  19. Who do you think will end up having a better career as an NFL LB Edmunds or Spector?
  20. Do you think Singletary is better then Blackshear or Duke?
  21. I thought he made a nice read, showing good vision cutting back to the left when the hole to the right was completely stuffed. That being said, I don't think he showed much speed once he found the open field because he didn't have to outrun anyone. If he had real NFL speed he probably would have scored there. But overall he ran with confidence which is hopefully a good sign for his play this year. I just don't think speed is his meal ticket.
  22. Good point about LT and TE. Sweeney is not an NFL talent. And Howard may not have anything left. So we have Knox and ???? As for backup LT, Doyle is horrible. No business being an NFL O lineman. Looks stuck in concrete. Tenuta did not look any better. Lets hope Quissenberry can be the swing tackle if Brown is our starter at RT. As for WR, don't count out Crowder. He will end up being a baller for us. Plus Diggs Davis McKenzie Shakir and Hodgins. That's a dam good group of WR's.
  23. Deion was special. Very few in his rarefied air. He LT, Ronnie Lott, Ray Lewis, Reggie White and Bruce. The best defensive players of the modern era. (My namesake Bryce Paup was close-JK. but he did have a couple monster years in 95 and 96) Deion also played major league baseball at an above average level as well. And the guy just has a certain style that transcends sports. I agree about Eli. Was never much of a fan of his. Was a statue in the pocket as well. But don't slight Kurt Warner. He was special. The greatest show on turf was a ridiculous offense. And Warner was the guy. I believe his first 3 starts were all over 300 years and 3 TD's each. He and Eli should not be discussed in the same breath.
  24. I seriously do not think Leslie Frazier has ever had a negative thing to say about any player on the Bills he has ever coached or been around. A little more bite would not be a bad thing. I think he makes milk toast seem jacked up. Could be why noone is hiring him to be their head coach. You don't need to be a walking freakshow. But we aren't playing shuffle board or cornhole here. The passion and emotion of a Dan Campbell is at least entertaining and inspiring if nothing else.
  25. That's laughable. Crowder is banged up right now. He has had an excellent career, and you are going to keep a guy like Kumerow who adds nothing to the offense over him?? Get it together!!
