  1. Mike Stratton breaking the ribs of Keith Lincoln with a hit in the AFL title game I was at that game as well. it is was great memory of a team that was not worth remembering a lot about.
  2. Is it a speed thing? Graham is easily the fastest WR so maybe the bills want one 'burner' out on the wing? ?It is obvious that 13 and 10 are #1 and #2.
  3. Is there a reason I should be concerned with have the TOTAL amount of NFL QB experience be the couple of games that Lewis has played? While I agree that these 3 are probably the best 3 talent wise, I really hate not having any NFL experience at the QB position. The Skins went with two rookie QB's as #1 & #2 last year and it did not hurt them, but they did have a very experienced 3rd stringer to provide some insights only gained thru experience.
  4. I agree with this except for Gruden. He is master of the obvious. Don't care for him at all.
  5. Whether or not Tuel makes it to the opening day roster is not bases so much on his play this last game as it is two other items: 1. Can EJ go opening day without risking a more serious injury. & 2. How quick can either Leinhart or Lewis learn the offense and can they be ready to play week 1. Tuel does not look close to ready to be a starting QB in this league. He may get there, but he's not there now. As far as the Bills trying to just finish the game and not trying to score, that does not jive with the fact that the Bills put Spiller back out on the field after injuring his knee.
  6. You can always take a quick trip down to Virginia -- the game is on here. Jimmy's Old Town Tavern in Herndon will be rocking with Bills fans!
  7. It does sound crazy. If Manuel is not ready to go week 1, then it will be Kolb. It may be Kolb regardless, but that is the coaches decision. Marone does not want to start off his NFL coaching head career by throwing a raw, undrafted rookie to a Belichek defense.
  8. I think the Bills will keep 3 QBs on the roster and the 3rd will be Tuel. He will be inactive each week unless Kolb or Manuel get hurt. From what I have read (have not been to camp) he has digressed in recent practices and still needs some seasoning. The only way he gets into the week one game is if he's the only QB left standing.
  9. Rogers gets cut because he is inconsistent as a receiver. I have not noticed him on special teams which makes me think he has not really done a lot there either. You know Easley can make special teams plays. This guy seems like Jasper was the last couple of years in that the posters are fascinated by him, but he just doesn't show enough to stay with the team.
  10. The Bills have released Rian Lindell. Nice to do it now so he has a chance to catch on with another team. He was a good addition to the team for a long time.
  11. It does amaze me how this guy went from gold to dog crap in 2 years. I don't know how so many people could have been so wrong about him when he was in Oakland. Did he get his money and then just sat back and collected? I also agree that the Eagles have made some of thee worst personnel decisions the past few years starting with Asomugha, Peters, Bell, ....
  12. Stephen A is followed closely by Skipper Bayliss in the Assclown department. I see not reason to listed to either -- ever.
  13. Hoping they can keep him on the practice squad since I do not see him making the opening day roster.
  14. Besides Goodwin showing great KO return speed and judgment, I was impressed with KO coverage. It reminded me of the Bills under Levy. Hope that it can be maintained into the regular season and is not a "trying to make the team" anomaly.
  15. I'm not sure it will ever matter or needs to. They might was well just name the All Pro players and not play an actual game that is unwatchable. These guys do not need a free trip to Hawaii. Just my opinion.
  16. Best of luck to him -- I hope he paid attention in school and will have an education to fall back on.
  17. Nobody should ever where #12 again -- sorry -- that one is off the market -- he could always pick #15 - like Jack Kemp who is the only Bills QB to bring the Bills a championship.
  18. All he does is spend, spend, spend -- when will he take some fiscal responsibility like Dan Snyder and Jerry Jones
  19. Excellent -- I had to watch w/o sound at work, but I am looking forward to watching at home with the sound. I loved the shots from the Rockpile with Gilchrist and Kemp. Thank you for sharing this!!!!!
  20. The Bills tried a lot of screens with Graham last year with limited success. Maybe Goodwin is different. I see Johnson & Woods in there every down with Johnson in the slot when either Graham or Goodwin outside. Let's utilize Johnson and Woods first.
  21. An interesting question for the off season. This may not be a popular thought amongst Bills fans, but I would say London Fletcher. I have seen a lot of him playing with the Redskins since he left the Bills and he is without a doubt the leader of the D for them. I was not sad when he left the Bills, but seeing him play behind a half way decent d-line shows that he makes plays. Out LBs have been pitiful so I think It's London I'd like to have never left.
  22. It is a shame that such a young man died, but it was as a result of his own poor judgement. Sorry, but take some personal responsibility. If he was at the gamr with family members as was stated, why did one of them not step up and take care of this young man. The death was very sad, the lawsuit just as sad.
