NE has 4-5 fumbles too. Jump on a few of those and it's a different game. After all these years it's the same old Bills though. Horrible penalties at inopportune times and not making the big play when it presents itself.

If Crossman isn't fired after this horrid season then there is no accountability in the coaching staff.

On 3rd and 34 he was likely just playing deep center field and happened to be there.

Given the Bills penchant for giving up 3rd and longs (often via penalty) it was probably smarter just to run a normal play.

I don't think anybody would have a problem if it was Brady who was doing the damage because he's the big difference between the two teams. The problem is the Bills are getting abused by another pedestrian running team.

It's not the coaches fault Dareus can't follow the rules. If they take it easy on him and there are no consequences. The DL is getting handled but the LBs are over-pursuing and leaving giant cutback lanes. Those big runs are just as uch on the LBs as the DL.

The WHOLE game? Wow. Very impressive. Agreed, Rex is a good coach. I'd take him too. The rap though was warranted - you can't run your mouth and expect it not to turn on you when the results stop coming in. He's learned from his mistakes though and if he had any type of QB that team would be in the playoffs.

Why is it that people think that good QBs get the job done every single week? They don't. A few weeks ago Brady threw an INT in the endzone while attempting lead his team to a come from behind win. It happens to the best of them. Then again, perhaps more people need to go watch some other NFL QBs in action instead of just watching highlights and then they'll realize that even good QBs throw horrible passes every game and don't always look good. But hey, go ahead and disagree because you saw a few drives and totally discount the entire season he's had while QBing the hottest team in the 2nd half of the season.

You can state this sentiment over and over but it's hilarious to think that your thread isn't about EJ - of course it is. Why else even bring this topic up if the Bills weren't in a situation that it applies to? It's like asking, "has a player ever been projected by most to Guard been a successful Tackle?" then expecting people not to bring Cordy Glenn into the discussion. The fact that you didn't ask the question: "Which teams didn't stick with a QB long enough?" let's us know which side of the debate you fall on. So if you don't want people to bring EJ into a discussion perhaps you should start a thread that has nothing to do with EJ.

It'll be interesting to see what they do on the road vs. Brady. This should give us a really good idea of where they're at heading into next season.
