  1. I just went through the all-time Bills roster, here's my top 5 most worthy: 1. Butch Byrd 2. Cornelius Bennett 3. Tom Day 4. Reggie McKenzie 5. Tony Greene Other players: Jerry Butler Bob Chandler Steve Freeman Fred Jackson Frank Lewis Ron McDole Terrence McGee Brian Moorman Frank Reich Ted Washington Kyle Williams
  2. He was a huge contributor to 2 Bills championship teams. A lot of other names in this thread did nothing but lose. Butch is 78 now, I'd like to see it happen soon.
  3. Once again, no one should go up there before Butch Byrd.
  4. Barrett Ruud? Were you a Tom Ruud fan too? He sucked so bad that there's not one picture of him in a Bills uniform on Google Image Search. HBD T!
  5. 2003 and it's not even close. The first 2 games were incredible though.
  6. Belichick is busy right now with his QB situation.
  7. Final result until Beane trades Fromm in a couple years for a Day 2 pick.
  8. Ted Washington-type, no doubt about it. The actual Ted Washington back then though wasn't that impressive. Niners traded him to the Broncos after 3 years for a 5th-round draft pick. He looked better in Denver, but he didn't come into his own until he joined the Bills as a UFA. I remember I wasn't expecting much from him, all the buzz in 1995 was for Bryce Paup.
  9. I really don't see it at all with Josh, but then again I don't pay any of his detractors (except for CBiscuit97 cause he's funny ). I just look at his sky-high ceiling, his unlimited potential, his winning intangibles, his rapid improvement, and I smile.
  10. No doubt the most talented of the drought years by far, even with some infamous scrubs and the Brain Dead One at QB. On paper and for the first 2 games anyways; what happened afterwards was truly heinous.
  11. I agree with most everyone, you've got to go back to at least the 1999 season. Certainly no team since then can compare.
  12. WR's should have #'s in the 80's, nice to see Hodgins with #87. Now get the ***** off my lawn.
  13. Not only the greatest, but the only one I've ever met.
  14. People slam Orton for the 2014 Broncos short-slide, but this? In the Super Bowl? Completely gutless & inexcusable.
  15. This is just really dumb to me. If I was a coach or GM in the NFL, you're damn right I'd reach out & talk to the former greats of my team. Not only an honor and a privilege, but lots of fun.
  16. Yeah, I was disappointed in 2007, but not last night. It was just a reminder of what a laughing-stock they were back then. Thankfully, those days are gone. Not long gone, but gone.
  17. Ralph draft pick. You want Goofy? Here’s a little story about Wilson, from sources who were in the draft room: In 2007, the Bills were on the clock in the fourth round and deciding which player to take, when the owner suddenly blurted out, “What about the running back from Fresno State? Is he available?” The team’s personnel men looked at one another; they had already used their first-round pick on a halfback, Cal’s Marshawn Lynch. One of them bit his tongue and informed Wilson that, yes, Dwayne Wright was still on the board. “We’re taking him,” Wilson said, and that was that. He’s currently third on the team’s depth chart, behind Lynch and fellow second-year back Fred Jackson.
  18. I loved McGee, what a great return! 103 yards!
  19. Is that Tiny Tim Anderson #77 on the sideline? I thought he was gone by then.
  20. I hope Romo is watching this, how embarrassing.
  21. Best thing going for him was that he wasn’t JP. Leon Joe with the ST tackle YESSSSSSSS!! OMG OMG OMG KELSAY!
