  1. He's 34 years old, was injured the bulk of the year last year, and not terribly productive when he did play. He's also not exactly the type of WR need, we've got Benjamin to be the bodied red zone threat. That said, if this were 2015, I'd be salivating at the chance to pick him up.
  2. Would love that scenario, with Rosen and LVE as the first choices, and Baker/Evans nice secondary options.
  3. I'm going to guess you missed Kim Pegula on Total Access last night? Although it was already clear to just about everyone, Kim left no shadow of a doubt that we're QB hunting in this draft. That doesn't mean we'll get one of the top guys, or the more specifically the guy we want, but the plan is most certainly to acquire our franchise QB in this draft.
  4. This isn't a rumor. The guys flat out said they made it up. They were thinking of potential deals, but this in no way rumored to be happening. But by all means, carry on the conversation.
  5. I hear what you're saying...how I'm reading it is that we currently have the best deal on the table. The Giants are waiting to see if anyone else blows them away. Or...we could be waiting to see who Cleveland picks at 1. Perhaps what the Giants are asking is too much to pay, except for one guy (Darnold maybe?)?
  6. Would love Rosen, would like Darnold but that's highly unlikely, I could live with Baker. Just please please no Josh Allen.
  7. I like Ragnow, but I'm pretty sure he's the definitive #3 Center in the draft, behind Daniels and Price. And #5/6 interior lineman (Nelson, Wynn, Hernandez). I think there's a good chance he's still available at 65, probably not by 96. Then again, what do any of us really know until it happens.
  8. I'd be thrilled if it turned out this way...absolutely THRILLED! I'm not optimistic it'll work out this well though...
  9. The Chicago Bears are proud to select CB Isaiah Oliver.
  10. If this is actually what's on the board at 22, and we've already picked Jackson, I'd hope they look at trade back options. For the purpose of this draft, I'd select Daniels.
  11. This may be worst case scenario, with the top 4 QB's and top 2 LB's gone. I go BPA at this point with Denzel Ward.
  12. With the 8th pick in the 2018 draft, Da Bears select LB Roquan Smith.
  13. I don't think it matters to me if he starts the year as the starter or not. Ultimately, if we invest that much in him, he's the future. And if he's not starting by mid season it's very likely AJ is performing well and the team is in a good position.
  14. Roquan would be an outstanding get, but given we're likely using 12+++ on a QB it's extremely unlikely. I'd love to see us get a Billy Price or Will Hernandez in the 2nd if we're lucky enough they're still available. I think we can wait until our 2nd 2nd rounder or even 3rd to get a WR as there's pretty good depth in this class.
