    I remember the first time my dad took me to the Ralph. I'm not sure if it was the smell of the tailgates, the crisp fall air on my face or the guy taking a dump in the urinal, but that was a special day. Happy Father's Day to all!

    Impressive, I'd have to do so much cardio to drop weight like that. I'm assuming you are a powerlifter? If so I'd love a good beginners workout. I've been wanting to get into it.

    I just found out I'm playing golf with Brett Bielema on Tuesday. It's a long story but apparently we'll be playing together because we both really suck at golf. Anyway, I'm going to try to get the inside scoop on Williams from someone who should know. He's one of the players I'm really hoping pans out. Pray I can keep it under 120!

    The wife whipped up Chicago style Italian beef sandwiches. Now I'm sipping a neat glass of black label Yellowstone whiskey. Did we sign Maclin yet?

    I was right there too, not quite that close but in the area. That was a memorable game, brutally hot. The memory of that TD and that day has stuck with me.
