  1. There is a path to 10 and it's much straighter than I recall in some time. We need to get healthy this week and figure out the run game. I expect the offense to improve just based upon the caliber of defenses we'll be facing the rest of the way. Either way they are in a much better spot than I thought they'd be and I'm having fun.
  2. This is my approach. As long I can rationalize us getting to 10, I'm not too worried. For now I can do it. We'll see how long it lasts.
  3. Sounds like Matthews could be back after the bye. That is promising.
  4. We're 3-2. Half of the folks who are outraged with today's performance predicted 3 wins for the whole season. We can easily go 3-2 over the next 5 and have a shot at the end with the colts and Miami twice. The bye is coming at the perfect time.
  5. Way too many people are failing to trust the process today.
  6. Many saw this one coming. 3-2, need to go at least 3-2 in the 5 after the bye. If we're 6-4 with 6 to go, I'll take it.
  7. Cinci tried real hard to give us this one. I like McD but watching a team play scared isn't fun.
  8. That was damn close to a TD catch by Zay.
  9. Hopefully Wright can go. He was actually solid against the falcons.
  10. that he admitted it...yes. that its true...no.
  11. Hopefully they keep Folk through our game.
  12. I'd prefer him at RT if it came to it but the best option is to not rush him back. Let him get healthy and lets give it one more go at LT. If he can get back to form he is a solid player.
  13. I like our chances against Tampa.
  14. Hughes 2.5 Lawson 1.5 Poyer 1
  15. The Bengals play action really hurt Cleveland. I agree we have to keep their running game under control, I think we will.
  16. I completely agree. The Pegula bashing got intense way too fast. They aren't perfect, but they sure do care about the area and I wouldn't trade them for anyone.
  17. My observations from the Bengals/Browns game: - The Browns are terrible. They did not look like an NFL team for most of the day. It was difficult to judge the Bengals D because of it. - Bullock doesn't have a huge leg. We will have return opportunities if he kicks like he did in this game. - Cinci's OT play was not great in pass protection. Hughes will be a big problem for them. - Field position will be important. The Bengals offense was very inconsistent, think two steps forward, one step back. If they have a short field they can string together enough plays to get in the end zone. I don't see them being consistent enough to sustain long drives. - Dalton looked better on the run than I remember.
  18. This is an interesting observation. It could certainly have something to do with it. Hopefully Rico can continue to streamline the offense and get the running game back on track. I have been impressed with his ability to adapt. It sure seems like every time Richie pulls on a run we pick up at least 7.
  19. This is just sad. What a waste. I don't see it happening but hopefully the light bulb goes on for MD soon.
  20. such an underrated movie in my opinion
