  1. Tebow made the playoffs and won a playoff game doing that. I'd take that. Tommy's last game was a big comeback. Just like the fans of Tebow like
  2. That's what good QBs do. Come through when they have to to get the win. The rest of the team BILLIEVES too which helps. I grew up in Dallas and a HUGE fan in the Tom Landry era. Roger Staubach used to do this frequently too. A W is a W is a W.
  3. And Marv. Read MarV's book. Why do you think he signed Steve Tasker off of the waiver wire? Because he was a good WR?
  4. Schedules that look difficult in August sometimes don't look so difficult in November and vice versa. rex' first win over Indy coming off AFC Championship looked tough, but turned out, they sucked. I don't know. We keep sending them players that experts on TBD say suck like Hogan and Gillislee and they win Lombardis with them.
  5. Yes, but did you forget Levi Brown or Shane Matthews?
  6. Yeah, but they rarely if ever do. They're a well oiled machine. We're gonna just have to man up and beat 'em.
  7. Like who? Besides Nathan Peterman.
  8. Wins don't count if you don't throw for over 200 yards and it's not a comeback?
  9. And it's not even close.
  10. When I think of Bledsoe I think 2004 season. After a slow start in part due to some bad luck/bad calls (push out in EZ), we turned it on. Drew played well as we won 8 out of 10 or whatever it was. I was at the Seattle game where we trounced a playoff team. Not sure what his stats or DVAO was, but we were winning and he was doing his part. That's what I base my #4 rating on.
  11. Nathan Peterman ..... ..... ..... ..... Flutie ...... ...... ...... Everybody else.
  12. Cagey Sean is talkin' up Hotrod giving the Jets a false sense of security. Then, at the last minute he's gonna spring Nasty Nate on 'em to take care of bidness.
  13. If you lead us to playoffs, all is forgiven.
  14. If it works, they'll get geniuses. If not, they'll be morons. Time will tell.
  15. For us, that's pretty good. And he did pretty doggone well in 2004 minus the last game (mentioned to save Rico the time and energy of a new post,).
  16. 1. Flutie 2. Kyle Orton 3. Hotrod 4. Drew Bledsoe 5. Fitz You forgot Levi Brown and Shane Matthews.
  17. What exactly did they say to make you think that? Preferably a quote. Everything I hear them say is Hotrod's the man.
  18. I think I know why Williams was cut and Barnyard kept. Steve Tasker said several Times in the game Thursday that the new run game is based on one cut and head upfield. Barnyard does it very well. Makes perfect sense. Joe fits the new "scheme" and Jonathon does not. One thing this new staff has shown over an over again. Theyre schemers. Respect "the process".
  19. Or the Giants with Earth, Wind, and Fire.
  20. I'm going to have to disagree on the above. How was he stuck on his guy, EJ? After EJ he brought in Kyle Orton. The following year Tyrod Taylor. The next year he drafted Cardale, and last year Peterman. He put in a lot of effort and was not "stuck on EJ" IMHO. Never confuse effort with results.
  21. I would rather he the Bengals because they at least make the playoffs. Where does a Bills fan get off sticking their nose up at a team that has made the playoffs 5 years in a row?
  22. You have been watching football since 1969 and haven't realized teams NEVER run in PS what they do in regular season? Especially with a new coordinator and offense? I thought this was your first PS until you mentioned the 1969 part. I'll be rooting for the Bills. Go BILLS !!!
  23. They better, or that's likely all they get.
