I'll continue to recycle etc but it's spitting in the wind probably. At my house on trash day we have 3 huge diesel powered trucks come by. One for trash. One for recycling and one for yard waste. How efficient can that be? I don't think we can conserve our way out of this. We need to figure out how to take the carbon out of the air IMHO or take mitigation efforts like building bigger sea walls etc.

This whole paint the fence black thing has kept me laughing for 2 days so far. Trump says it will be hotter and harder go climb if painted black as opposed to the Dark brown it is now. People born in 1915's parents left them the great depression and WW II and later Korea. The hated Baby Boomers parents left them the draft and Viet Nam.
