  1. I was not "super jazzed" about dumping Sammy. So maybe it really wan't "Everyone".
  2. i agree with this. However, he did run off Sammy and Dareus and Ragland and has not replaced them with anyone better. WR, LB, and DL are still Areas of weakness for us. Winning for a change has been nice though. Hopefully all this works out.
  3. i guess it's just a difference in Phillosophy. I think that since QB is the most important position you don't want to run them off for. low level pick. and as to not making a SB run, with that attitude you certainly won't.
  4. I just hope he has a better sense as to when Wonder Boy is ready to play.
  5. Yeah, then with our line we'll be seeing Logan Thomas get some action. As a QB starved team i don't think we should run off any QB s for a ow round draft pick. Makes ZERO sense to me. But that's just me. Personally I hope he knocks out of the park and we keep him and start him vs Raisins.
  6. mAybe because it's pre season and we need to practice punting too?
  7. I had a dream last night. Nasty Nate was hoisting his 3rd straight Lombardi, and the announcer says "He threw 5picks in his first half in the NFL".
  8. yet he connected on a long pass that went for 62 yards. Correct me if I'm wrong, but that's the longest pass play of the pre season by a Bills QB.
  9. If I had any confidence that the Bills could purposefully take a step back in order to take a step forward I might be for it. But I don't. It took us many years trying to recover from Gailey's first 4-12 "rebuilding" season. Besides, we need players that know how to win. You only that if they win. Just win.
  10. I'm not convinced AJ won't be starting vs Ravens despite being ostracized on TBD. While TBDers give up on a guy due to injury, most coaches do not. Coach McDermott does not. He realizes injuries are part of the game and happen to everyone. "When AJ comes back, we'll pick up where we left off." How exactly do you know this? A 7.2 career ypa in real games would seem to indicAte otherwise.
  11. my advice to Coach Daboll if Nasty Nate does indeed get in in a real game, remove ALL sideline passes from the play book.
  12. he looked really nervous in the tunnel before the game.
  13. If my Aunt had balls she'd be my Uncle. Bills made the playoffs. Deal with it.
  14. Sky was also falling in 2014 after the 3rd pre season game debacle at home at the hands of the Josh McCown led Clowns. We went on to go 9-7 notching our first winning season in 10 years. Earth to TBD - Pre season means nothing.
  15. Actually, it was pretty characteristic of what we've seen so faR. Correct me if I'm wrong But I don't think he's completed a long pass yet.
  16. Bills made the playoffs based on the rules set up by the NFL before the season stArted. But go aheAd and half empty it if you must.
  17. Let's hope not. Clay does drop lot of passes. Last year, half of Hotrod's interceptions bounced off of Clay's hands including one in the EZ.
  18. he's gotta own part of it. 20% 30%. If he'd have hit the 2nd and 13 pass to Clay, it could have been a different half for example.
  19. At first I thought this was a well executed screen. Then I noticed how he blew past #79.
  20. I hope you're wrong too. I've seen many pre seasons come and go and one things for certain. That's that it is not real football and is no predictor of what the team will do in in the regulAr season. All the posters putting their head in the oven and declaring doom and gloom makes me wonder if this is their first rodeo.
  21. Every QB is different. Josh has a lot of work to do IMHO
  22. The decision to take a QB at 7 and then NOT take a stud WR high especially when the cupboard is hard still baffles me. I figured it was Riddley with the 2nd 1st. The only thing I can think is they aren't planning on Allen playing this year.
  23. I disagree Peter. Even it what you say is true, the whole D just flat out stunk. I went to the Pittsburgh game and it was the WORST display of tackling I have ever seen. I think a big part of the problem was Rex' style. Club Rex. He wasn't Coach Ryan, he was Rex their buddy. After he left, last year the guys could once again tackle. that had more to do with than scheme IMHO. That and only 10 men on the field on the biggest play of his tenure.
