  1. except coach Jauron never had a 6-10 season. All 3 of his full seasons were 7-9. I NEVER want to return to that. EVER. one of our infamous 5-2 starts was under Dick Jauron.
  2. Fitz could also throw a bomb. nasty Nate I assume cannot since through approx 1game and 7 pre season games he hasn't even attempted one. and them they bump and lean on the 7 yard receivers and they bring a rush and hide a few coverages and it's over. Just as it was for Trent.
  3. losing is not a downside? ?
  4. Coach McDermott inherited a top 1/3 of the league scoring offense and the league's #1 run offense.
  5. if they are tanking and we go say 4-12. Then in 2019 we start slow, say 3-6, seats will be getting toasty.
  6. This is a HUGE GM FAIL IMHO. You draft the franchise and then don't get him help. Didn't have to be this way. Could have taken Ridley with the second 1st round pick for example. Hopefully it all works out. Go BILLS !!
  7. If it is a bad season, then yes. LOSING ALWAYS SUCKS FOR ANY REASON.
  8. I think Frank already has someplace to be on Sundays.
  9. As of right now, all we have to choose from is "mediocre scrubish QBs". It was Kyle Orton or EJ.
  10. Except they were 9-7. i applaud the OP's enthusiasm. I agree. We are a defending playoff team. We should act like it. Enough of the sniveling about not being good enough, wait til next year , we were lucky, we're really not good enough, 4-12 ... That was the prognosis one year ago today. Even the schedule part. I don't agree with everything, but we have not seen the new offense or defense of punter for that matter. Coach McDermott knows what he's doing. And we unloaded that 900 lb anchor off our neck, Hotrod. How can our offense not be better? Go BILLS !!l
  11. I literally LOL ed out loud. Love it. But I'm still going with 19-0.
  12. I seriously question trading up to 2picks in first, taking a QB project at 7, and then not seriously improving the WR position. everyone likes to talk about Andy Dalton. The year he was drafted they also took AJ Green.
  13. worked for the Saints, Packers, Buccaneers, Broncos, Washington a couple of times, Giants, Cadinals, Seahawks, Falcons, Vikings, Raiders. all got to or won SB with other teams cast off QBs. leave no stone unturned i say.
  14. Not necessarily. Depends on what else he does. If he finds someone better relatively quickly all is forgiven.
  15. good point. We haven't seen the new offense yet. If Daboll is good he should be able to make it work. Would there is a better chance of that happening than with Nasty Nate. Josh could wind up and throw 5 or 6 bomb s a game to keep the d honest. Maybe connector get on a couple for example.
  16. A veteran NFL coach with a Super Bowl ring thinks he's good to have on his team, but we don 't. Okay..
  17. i REALLY didn't want him start right off. It's the EJ situation all over again. No veteran QB because we ran him off and the guy they signed can't make it out of PS. Drafted as a total project. Now starting (if he starts) because he's all we got. Bad QB roster management IMHO. Hopefully it works out better this time.
  18. Ok, who do I THINK? Nasty Nate. if I had to pick, I'd probably go with Josh. I don't want him to start just a teeny bit less than i don't want Nasty Nate to start.
  19. I don't even know who hypnotoad is, but I voted for him/her.
  20. i don't want him to start either. somebody's got to. i have ZERO confidence in any of them at this point. Hopefully one of them is good ...
